Creating a budget and canceling orders

When thinking of the personal character check-boxes at a local dating site over here, a thought strikes me: Am I an intellectual? And btw, starting from today and during the entire year 2015 I've promised my parents I won't be asking for any money whatsoever for any purpose. I promised them that a while ago. I've been prioritizing booksfor about 13 months - speaking of which I really need to use what I have + study more seriously at uni doing all the homework. Is an intellectual an accomplished person or can it also be someone who is learning and studying? I'm willing to learn, just haven't found the most effective routines yet as I've been procrastinating by using too much time for thinking, reflecting and analyzing prior to gaining more solid knowledge.

... continued: My most recent change to these patterns is that I've divided schoolwork and other personal studies in Bible Study softwares, forums (such as christianforums.com and unorthodoxchristian.freeforums.net) and printed matter by having separate rooms for the purposes in my home. I prepared that change for ages as I've had a too big apartment a really long time. But can't currently get a new contract so Ican't move.
