We would like some help on setting up a Stream Deck device to work with Proclaim. Here is the link to the Stream Deck device: https://www.elgato.com/en/gaming/stream-deck We would to be able to set up the device to do such things as change slides, use custom screens, and similar things while on-air. We were able to set up Stream deck to provide MIDI signals, but although I can check the computer is getting the signals from Stream Deck, sadly, Proclaim does not recognise them. Your help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

If you are on Mac, you will need to enable the IAC bus in Audio Midi Setup and then configure the stream deck to send to that. Then Proclaim will detect the midi notes. On windows, you will need to install loopMidi which provides similar functionality http://www.tobias-erichsen.de/software/loopmidi.html
