I have been checking out the new Bible Books Explorer Interactive and comparing its results with the Concordance Interactive specifically with regard to the number of words in a book. The Bible Books Explorer lists Genesis as having 32,161 words. The Concordance Interactive has Genesis having 20,310 words and 32,028 lemmas for the ESV. When the Bible Books Explorer states the number of words does it really mean lemmas? Does the lemma count vary with Bible version? What is the source of the word count in the Bible Explorer? Thanks.
