I've started running into a weird issue today where clicking on an object seems to wipe out the background/content in editor mode, but doesn't affect all items. In my case today, it was a couple of announcement items that I was just looking at to make sure everything looked good, but instead, it "removed" the preview image, and marked the item with an updated 'change time/user', so it appears that a "change" was made. I've submitted logs, and I'm not entirely sure I can reproduce it consistently. I've attached a screenshot - in my pre-service slides, the Zoom Bible Study slide appears normally, and in the In-Service announcements slides, it 'lost all the content' in the preview.
- Thanks for the report, Dean Poirier. That is strange; we'll investigate and get back to you. What happens if you select a different item, then reselect? Does the background come back?
- Brandon Adent (Faithlife) I did try that, and it didn’t resolve itself. In fact, at one point another of the announcement items lost the background as well. I did refresh Proclaim to install updates, and it resolved itself on restart, but then happened again.
- As an additional follow up, this has happened on 2 different systems, both running Windows 10.
