Sunday Service: Dear brothers and sisters at Grace, if you have been thinking about not attending one of our two services on Sunday because of our mask policies, may I urge you to reconsider? Our text, 1 John 4:7-21, will speak to our collective heart about love for one another, and please do not draw a conclusion about how it will be presented. We are trying to make sense of this issue just as all churches are. Some churches lean strongly one way or another, but we have differences of opinion about masks - and, it is still true that God has called us and put us together to worship and serve him in the Kingdom. We can weather this storm! Whether you wear a mask (required in the first service) or not (highly recommended in the second service, but please come anyway if you have a health issue or a spiritual conviction against masks), please come on Sunday - and do not judge those who disagree with you. This pandemic will be over, in time, but a fracture in our ranks will long outlive the pandemic. Let us give thanks to the Father for his inexpressible gift of Jesus, and let us love one another, even in our differences of opinion.
- Good sermon Pastor Brad. Paul and appreciated you addressing this and also how we in the church are to love each other. Also praying That your wife’s surgery goes well. We will miss you Christmas Eve.
