Wondering if anyone has seen this issue. We are just testing out Proclaim during the trial period, so see if it is right for us (replacing EasyWorship 2009). We are using the confidence output to send lower thirds. We have selected the text to have a background shape to make the words easier to read. This comes through for scriptures, but not for song lyrics. See attached screen shot examples. Both the scripture and the song are using the same default confidence template. Any ideas?
- Using background shape is a style feature. I haven’t used the confidence template so I’m not sure if it’s something to do with that. But, maybe the template is only recognizing the style setting (background shape) from the content slide and not a song slide. Proclaim reads the different slide types in different ways. Try adding the same background shape to a song, as a style of the text. It should work that way - if you can get it to work that way, you might have to do it on each song in your set, but you CAN save that style as a custom style and then all you have to do is go to each song, select your song lyrics field, select that style and you’re done.
