Is it possible to type in Greek or Hebrew in notes? Or will that be possible in the future?

Sure, if you just switch your keyboard layout over to Greek, you can type in Greek (I just typed οφ ψοθρσε Ι ψαν ςριτε ιν Γρεεκ ιφ Ι ξθστ σςιτψη τιο α Γρεεκ κεζβοαρδ λαζοθτ in a new note)

There's a free Greek/Hebrew Keyboard from Logos as well https://www.logos.com/product/53264/original-languages-keyboards-for-windows - but one can also use the one coming with Windows and simply switch language in the taskbar.
    Original Languages Keyboards for Windows
Ancient Language Keyboards allow us to type in different languages, like Greek or Hebrew, by mapping the ancient language characters to our physical keyboard. This has the significant advantage of allowing you to install and learn one keyboard and use it not only in Logos but also in any other Unicode-aware application (including Microsoft Word or the Google search bar).
