  2. Sure, if you just switch your keyboard layout over to Greek, you can type in Greek (I just typed οφ ψοθρσε Ι ψαν ςριτε ιν Γρεεκ ιφ Ι ξθστ σςιτψη τιο α Γρεεκ κεζβοαρδ λαζοθτ in a new note)

  4. There's a free Greek/Hebrew Keyboard from Logos as well https://www.logos.com/product/53264/original-languages-keyboards-for-windows - but one can also use the one coming with Windows and simply switch language in the taskbar.
