Hello together We have problems importing PPT/PPTX into Proclaim. When I use the option Convert to Images on Windows machines, the message "unexpected error occurred" appears and on MAC machines the presentation is imported but the text is halved! On the other hand JPGs are displayed correctly! In Windows only the local import does not work with "Transfer contorl to PowerPoint". Have i to do some spezial settings? Is there a solution.   1. Hello, -- I'm sorry for the frustrations you are having while importing from PowerPoint material. Would you be so kind as to submit the Log Files from within Proclaim as described below? Those files can give us some clues about what might be going on behind the scenes to cause the failures.   3. Hi folks, i have looked at the LogFiles and fixed the "error". Since I live in Germany and we had installed our office package in German language only, Proclaim seemed to be missing the English language in the office installation. Solution: Language pack English US post-installed and made it the preferred language, now Proclaim imports the PPTX files correctly! Perhaps a translation into German is to be thought!
