Has anyone accidentally changed their 'Blank' Quick Screen so that the background is a live feed rather than black? If so how did you change it back?
- Hi Josh, I believe that the blank Quick Screen is a transparency, so if you are using Proclaim to live stream, it will send your camera feed out. What you can do is create a new Quick Screen. Go to Settings>Quick Screens and customize one of your custom Quick Screens. Set the background to black and be sure to click Show so it will be visible in your Quick Screens when you are On Air.
- Thanks Steven Stoops! So I did that, but accidentally added a smart media background that was a lower third instead of just emptying the background fill. Now I can't get rid of the smart media background. Any idea how to do that to a quick screen? I'm able to replace the background of course but can't figure out how to get it back to transparent. Now I'm not able to use the custom one or the Blank one for this reason haha.
- As in, when I use the blank quick screen it goes to video feed as opposed to black, which is good for a livestream virtual screen but not for the main slides one. It does the video feed for both and I'm not sure what I changed to make that happen. Thanks for your response!
