Evangel Assembly of God

Our Evangel group is at a crossroads. Facebook has changed how members join groups. To join a group, someone had to ask to be a part of it from a moderator. Now Facebook allows anyone to join a group without permission. Once in a group, everyone's information in the group is available to all group members, which means that unknown people with unknown intentions are stalking our church group members. New unknown people are joining Evangel's group page daily, and your information is at risk. My question to you, as group members, is should I 1. Take the group down to safeguard its member's information. 2. Leave it up so that we have a Facebook presence at the risk of your privacy. Let me know what you think ASAP. Thanks. Pastor Jeff Ellwood
