Question: I created a new Sermon doc but it doesn't allow me to go to the Preach mode. That icon is greyed out. This sermon doc also doesn't show up in sermon manager. Wondering what I might be doing wrong. Has anyone else experienced this?
- First of all, I was mistaken about one thing. The sermon does show up in the Sermon Manager but it still won't let me click on the Preach icon. To answer your question, I click on Tools, then Sermon builder to get started.
- It turns out it was a synchronization issue. I called support and they resolved it for me.
