Proclaim

Hello, could anyone please advise what indication we should be looking for to know that an audio recording has uploaded to the cloud? We've only recently started using Proclaim and sometimes if we shut it down too quickly the recording can't be picked up via the cloud by our admin team (they get the error "Unable to find sermon recording file. This may have been recorded on a different computer"). The green tick in the top right and the "Cleaning up media files" message when closing Proclaim unfortunately don't confirm this. Thanks very much.

We've uploaded the WAV file to your sermons.faithlife.com church page. Please run an update from https://faithlife.com/products/proclaim/download to update your Proclaim and hopefully fix that issue as well.

Thanks for your responses. So does this mean the program wasn't functioning correctly? Should the green tick in the top right mean that the recording has uploaded? I need to know what to advise my team to look out for. Thanks.

The recording did work as we were able to pull it up. The green tick is showing that the program has synchronized and gotten all of the information saved.
