Colin Cameron in Proclaim

I just opened the presentation that I used on Sunday to post the audio recording and a get a message saying that there are no audio recordings for the presentation. I had two sets of markers for audio recording in the presentation. Any ideas where it went?

Thanks for your post Nick. I think Scott managed to locate the problem.

Sure, perhaps I can help get the audio files. You won't be able to publish them through Proclaim but the raw audio files should still be on your disk. The recordings will be in the Proclaim folder under your user specific folder. It looks like you are running Windows - on Windows this will be in the %LocalAppData%\Proclaim folder (usually c:\users\<your user name>\AppData\Local\Proclaim). Using Explorer browse to this directory then into the Data folder. Most people only have a single directory under this, if you have one then open that directory (if you have more than one let me know and I'll be able to identify which directory you want). Under <proclaim directory>\Data\<random directory name>\ you will see an AudioRecordings directory. In there you will see several directories named with longs strings of numbers and letters. In Explorer change the view settings so you can set the Details for the files - you want to find the directory that was created on the date that you were on-air with Proclaim. Within this directory you should see a directory named Raw - open this directory. Within here you will see one or more .WAV files. These WAV files are the recordings from your sermon. If you need to merge them let me know and I can look for a tool to do that for you (or you could send them to me and I can do it for you). Just to recap the directory name - it should be: c:\users\<your user name>\AppData\Local\Proclaim\Data\<user specific directory name>\AudioRecordings\<directory corresponding to sermon>\Raw Sorry for the confusion - if you run into any issues or have any questions let me know.

Or, if you would like, how about we give you a call and walk through this together? If you would prefer this then let me know a good time to get in touch with you.
