Some of you may already know this but I figured I would update and ask for prayer.
About a week ago I had a heat related episode. I attributed it to lack of conditioning/not being used to being in the heat. As the week progressed I had a lot of fatigue and started developing chest pain. I went to urgent care yesterday evening and my blood pressure was 173/133. They wanted me to go to the emergency room where they did and EKG, x-rays, and blood work. Everything came back normal and my blood pressure came down some but was still considered high. The chest pain remains as well.
They told me to start taking baby aspirin and documenting my blood pressure a few times a day. They are scheduling a stress test this week and depending on what that shows may do a heart cath. Pray I feel better. Sometimes it isn’t bad, but sometimes it is concerning. I appreciate the people that have reached out already. Love you guys.
