Digital Sign feed won't play count down timers when on air? We are giving proclaim a trial run and hoping to use it for our services and for our digital sign needs. I really want the on air service to take over our digital sign feeds and one of the main features I am hoping to use are timers for when service starts so people in our cafe and lobby will know it's time to start heading in. On the FAQ page it says videos will play through the digital signage but not motion backgrounds. However, I've uploaded a video to our service presentation and they won't play over the digital sign feed. Please advise. Thanks!
  2. If you have Chrome installed, you can cast your screen to a TV with a Chromecast device. With Proclaim On Air, open Chrome and choose the Cast > Source > Screen and choose your On Air slides display, which will send the whole screen to your Chromecast. You may need to get creative with splitters and things to get it to multiple TVs though, and that'll all depend on the proximity. I haven't tested this, but it also looks like you can cast to multiple Chromecast devices at the same time, so that may be something worth looking into for your use case. https://support.google.com/chromecast/answer/10012636?hl=en

  3. I too was looking at a way to do this and what we ended up doing is I created a slide that says "Welcome, Worship will begin soon" and that starts at 5 minutes before service. On the projector in the Sanctuary the countdown shows up and on our kitchen TV it just displays that static image so people will start see that it's starting soon.
