Last Sunday I mentioned a few cults and religions, their belief on salvation, and how they are all different than true Biblical Christianity. I left out Secular Humanism (Naturalism, Scientism, etc...). So I will mention it here because it's very popular.
They believe that salvation will come from science and technology, taking humans into the next evolutionary stage (transhumanism is part of this). They believe that immortality will be achieved by extracting information from their brains to a machine. Later they hope to be able to clone themselves and be able to download the information back into a new version of themselves where this cycle can repeat. There is much more to their vision, but are you ready to hear the rest? You can let us know in the comments.
Hang on to your Bible's church. It's going to get real crazy, real fast over the next couple of decades. Keep sharing the Gospel while you still can.
Science and technology is only possible because God designed and created an orderly universe. We can use it to do great things and honor God but science and technology cannot ultimately save us. Only Jesus can do that.

They exchanged the truth about God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen. - Romans 1:25
