Yesterday’s service ended in a fresh move of God’s Spirit that extended for over 45 minutes of prayer and prophesy over families and individuals.
“The fame of revival is the flame of revival.”
The word of your testimony matters in moments like these. It ignites faith and hope. People need to hear you witness. If God has met you recently in a fresh way it’s time to share it. Telling your story of God’s in-breaking opens up others hearts to believe and receive what Jesus wants to do in their lives.
When I left the service yesterday the picture the Holy Spirit gave me was of walking into a room full of long fuses all gathered up at one end in the church service but they led out of the building into all your lives. God lit 🔥 fuses yesterday! But the spark 🧨 was nothing compared to what could explode 💥 beyond the gatherings.
There’s a current move and work of deliverance opening up for freedom from addictions that The Spirit has been doing. It’s our new season of works of God.
For JWC it’s kinda like when refugees was our main front burner focus. I have a burden for a new in-breaking work like I did in 2006. Freedom is a step forward for those who are willing. Freedom from drugs, alcohol and sexual sin was a prominent aspect of the move of the Spirit in the Jesus movement. I’m praying it will be a sign now as well. Our country is in a massive battle with this darkness and death. It’s one of our giants of Gath…but they will fall.
So tend the flame by lifting the Name and continue to pray that we all would see the breakthroughs everyone whose hungry for fresh visitation and outpouring have been believing and longing for in prayer.
Grace opens up moments of God’s Divine plans. Just step into the flow. We don’t have to earn it or try to make it happen. It’s God’s work. Celebrate by welcoming Him. Linger and let the waters of life spring up from the deep wells of salvation. Be revived in His Presence and believe the Word as He feeds you the truth that can set you free. There’s no favoritism in the move of the Lord…it’s all yours in Christ.
“Thus the Lord used to speak to Moses face to face, just as a man speaks to his friend. When Moses returned to the camp, his servant Joshua, the son of Nun, a young man, would not depart from the tent” -Exodus 33:11
- Thank you for this Great Word, from the Lord, Pastor Eric!!!💞🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
- At the beginning of the service I was talking about being in the previous Thursday chapel service and how God moved. I particularly mentioned what it was like to be in a room filled with weeping and how we need that same move. We need God to touch our own hearts, open us up, confess our sins, brokenness and be real with our wounds, problems and needs. I said that God could do that work right there in our building too. Praise God. He did.
- In light of these passages below, I am extra encouraged and standing in faith and anticipation as the rains have moved into Spokane today and it’s March! Hosea 6:3 So let us search for him! Let us seek to know the Lord! He will come to our rescue as certainly as the appearance of the dawn, as certainly as the winter rain comes, as certainly as the spring rain that waters the land.” Zechariah 10:1 “Ask the Lord for rain in the season of the late spring rains—the Lord who causes thunderstorms—and he will give everyone showers of rain and green growth in the field.” Hebrew: “the latter rain.” This expression refers to the last concentration of heavy rainfall in the spring of the year in Palestine, about March or April. Metaphorically and eschatologically (as here) the “latter rain” speaks of God’s outpouring of blessing in the end times. Joel 2:21-25 “’Do not fear, O land, rejoice and be glad, for the Lord has done great things. Do not fear, beasts of the field, For the pastures of the wilderness have turned green, for the tree has borne its fruit, the fig tree and the vine have yielded in full. So rejoice, O sons of Zion and be glad in the Lord your God; for He has given you the early rain for your vindication. And He has poured down for you the rain, the early and latter rain as before. The threshing floors will be full of grain and the vats will overflow with the new wine and oil. Then I will make up to you for the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the creeping locust, the stripping locust and the gnawing locust, My great army which I sent among you. I truly believe that the “rains” of God come upon the workers who have been faithfully laboring in the fields. Seeds planted by preaching the word, ministering in prayer and doing the works of love are then met in God’s timing with His rains both the early to germinate that work and the latter to harvest it all.
