Alan Bradford in Proclaim

Hi! When I load Proclaim it loads okay although there is this message on the screen in the background behind Proclaim when I close Proclaim down by clicking on the 'X' in the top right corner. If I then press 'Quit now' and try to open Proclaim again I get nothing coming up. I then need to restart the laptop to be able to load Proclaim again successfully. Solutions? (Should I reinstall?)

    Hi, Alan Bradford -- I'm sorry for the disruption this is causing for you. Instead of re-booting your Windows computer when trying to restart Proclaim, what happens if you depress the CTRL key -- and keep it held down -- as Proclaim starts. That may work around the issue blocking the Proclaim start.     Hi Brian. Please excuse the delay in getting back to you. If I then press 'Quit now' and try to open Proclaim again I do get it back now. I've since tried tried uninstalling and installing but the screen error shot I posted still comes up. Am going to email you the log files right now.

    Thank you, Alan Bradford - The newest Log Files mention "The Paralytic.mp4" and "Jesus Light of the World.mp4". I don't think there is a need to re-install. I would go back into Proclaim into the Media Browser, then click on Import Files. Browse to where you might have those files on your computer.
