We are fairly new to proclaim and have our words appearing in the Church on our new screens and operating with lower thirds being fed to a Blackmagic Atem Switcher. This is all working well and we have been able to go live, with lyrics and words displaying as they should on our screens in the Church and Lower thirds displaying as they should on stream. What we are having an issue with is the quality of the audio attached to the song files. The audio is not playing smoothly, best description is that it 'stutters' at times.
What I would like to do is rule out issues with Proclaim first before then starting on hardware.
Can this be an issue if the audio is attached on a remote computer? - We are ensuring that we give plenty of time to sync the presentation.
Does the audio 'stream' as the words are being played, or does it download all the audio files to the computer when it syncs?- wondering if it may be a streaming issue, where we have had to temporarily use a 5G connection.
Is there a setting/process that we should be using before we go live in the Church?
You can hear the audio at this link. Listen from 4:00 to 5:00 for best example

- Hi St Mary of the Cross Parish The audio is locally stored when a presentation is opened in Proclaim. The first troubleshooting step would be to see if we can rule out Proclaim as a source of this error. Are you able to test going On Air and playing the audio directly from the presentation computer? If the audio plays without skipping here, we can safely assume that the error source is somewhere in your streaming configuration. Feel free to reach out to our support center for expedited troubleshooting: https://faithlife.com/church-support-center
- Hello, What steam source are you using?
- We are using Castr then streaming to YouTube, but the stuttering sound occurs in the Church as well. Therefore it is either a setting on the computer or the way the sound is being routed in the system. Based on the reply I am assuming that once synced all audio is stored locally to go 'on air'
