I have recently converted from windows 10 to windows 11. Now when I try to highlight a specific word the entire verse is highlighted and Factbook opens in another window. I do not have this trouble with ipad. I have printed off the "Highlighting" resource of Help Center and not found help there. It is probably fact that I have something set wrong but cannot discover what it is. Going to dig out my old laptop with windows 10 and see if the problem is there and if I can discover what I have set wrong if anything. Any help greatly appreciated.

  1. This isn't to do with any differences between Windows 10 and 11 - sounds like some Logos settings. For the Factbook opening issue, I expect you have the Factbook Tags visual filter enabled in your books (see screenshot below). If you turn that off, that will prevent Factbook opening when you click a word Regarding highlighting - are you highlighting by selecting a word and using the popup selection menu, or right-clicking a word and applying the highlight from the context menu?
