Alan Bradford in Proclaim

Hi All - and Brian (Faithlife) who answered last time I posted on this. (Sorry so long between posts, I'm too busy!) I still can't solve this problem. I have deleted the 2 files that were in the log files error report - I've deleted them from the presentation they were in and deleted them from the media. However I am still getting the error message shown when I shut down Proclaim. (NICE WORK ON PROCLAIM by the way!) What to do next?

    More info on above: The error message only appears on one laptop. When I use my other laptop with Proclaim I don't get the error message.

    Hello, Alan Bradford -- I'm sorry for the continued frustration. :( The files you're deleting are the ones causing the error with the uploads?

    ERROR | MediaUploadData |Error opening file C:\Users\abrad\Desktop\The Paralytic.mp4 - System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not find file 'C:\Users\abrad\Desktop\The Paralytic.mp4'. So I deleted The Paralytic.mp4 ERROR | MediaUploadData | Error opening file C:\Users\abrad\Desktop\Hillingdon Christmas 6 Dec 2021\Jesus Light of the World.mp4 - System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Users\abrad\Desktop\Hillingdon Christmas 6 Dec 2021\Jesus Light of the World.mp4'. So I deleted Light of the World.mp4
