    Mark, a good way of speaking truth in love, would at first to ask the person some questions. Get them to think of their behavior on their own first by asking them if it was the way they wanted to react. By doing this, getting them to think about it first, you are more likely to have a conversation and be able to both be filled with the Spirit and grow. Direct confrontation may be needed in some circumstances where sin is obvious, but allowing the person to reflect on what just happened might be a better way for growth for the individual and for your relationship with the person.
