Tech Booth-VBC in Proclaim

Any idea why youtube URLs are not working? This has been the case for over a week.

Thanks for the report Tech Booth-VBC, I was able to reproduce this here. I tried a couple YouTube links in Proclaim and they seemed to work fine, so I pulled up your latest presentation and found a link that got the same results you did. This looks like an error message from YouTube, and unfortunately I don't have much insight into what that could be. The video plays fine in a web browser, so it may be that the creator has some restriction on embedding the video. You might try try downloading the video an adding it to your presentation directly, or reaching out to the creator so see if they have any restrictions on it.

We are experiencing the same problem. I thought maybe it was that the video was marked (by the owner in YouTube) to not allow embedding, but that was not the case. I also tried it with several of our own YouTube videos and couldn't find a consistent reason why it was failing. Some worked and some didn't, with no apparent rhyme or reason. Ended up downloading the video instead, which I think is less than ideal since Proclaim then has to sync that video file up to their server (and presumably back down to the playback machine?). That's go to add up in terms of storage space...
