Issue with iPad app not showing all the slides in the presentation. On the computer everything was there. Reset the iPad, tried on my phone - same thing. We use holding slides between main parts and all these were missing, as some other slides. Tried following another presentation to see if it would purge the memory and force a reload, no luck. This is the second time we have seen this happen? Any help would be appreciated.

- Thanks for getting back to me. I tried your presentation on my computer and everything seems to be working for me. Please make sure you don't have any pending Proclaim Remote updates (4.0.2.0 is the latest version). If you are on the latest version and still have trouble, please follow the directions at the bottom of the attached article to submit logs from the device. - Hi Brandon, thanks for looking. I did have support email me and I was able to emulate the exact issue again today when requested. Whilst I have just gone on to look now, it all seems fine in the app, only 30 minutes ago I had missing slides on the app. I did wonder whether it is an issue with the app not being updated - I have the iPad locked to the app, to ensure that the users are ready to go. This may not allow the app to update on the iPad, but certainly would not explain my own iPhone, which has the latest app and experienced the exact same issue. The problem is that the user on Saturday night just clicked to the next slide, but did not take notice that it was not the correct slide for that moment in the mass. The computer which actually runs the presentation is not readily accessible once mass begins.
