I am unable to sync anything for this morning's service. The program keeps saying that there's an "error uploading the file" or "a synchronization error occured". I have no access to any of the files on the "Browse Media" portion (unless it was something I previously used). I am unable to upload any new photos. Help!!
- Thanks for the report Bushawn Carpenter, and I'm sorry you had a bad experience. This looks like some kind of network issue. You might check your network security or firewall settings to make sure Proclaim is allowed access to the internet. If those things are in order, I recommend giving our support team a call at 888–634–2038.
