Is anyone else having a problem with the digital signage app on firestick stopping the feed and going to the Amazon firestick main page?

    It has to do with a setting that Amazon put in their latest software download. Faithlife sent me this note after experimenting with the problem. "We actually figured out the issue. After a firestick update, a new “still watching” setting was activated. After 4 hours, it would display a message and return to the Home Screen. You can find it under settings>preferences>data monitoring. We hope this helps!" When we went under data monitoring and turned it off, the problem has seemed to stop and the digital signage has stayed on. Good luck

    Does this issue also happen with Amazon Fire TVs? We run ours on one and I (so far) have not seen this problem. Is there somewhere I should look within our amazon account to double check the setting being referred to?

    I am not sure about Amazon FireTV's, but I would check in the software on the television under settings>preferences>data monitoring. and make sure it is turned off.
