I have 2 proclaim accounts for 2 different churches. Today I am unable to log out of proclaim and switch to my other church. Proclaim shuts down when I try to sign out. I have checked for updates and the system is up to date according to Proclaim. I tried closing Proclaim altogether and a full restart of my computer. I am using a Mac. None of those steps corrected the problem.
- Hi Tim, thanks for the report. It sounds like you're not completely locked out of Proclaim. If that's the case, please submit logs from the Help menu in Proclaim (being logged in as the wrong user won't matter). If you can't get into Proclaim at all, you can grab log files and email them to our support team.
