Still new to managing proclaim in our church. It's been really good. We have multiple worship teams/leaders. Is there a way to organize songs/arrangements based on who's leading? Is there a way to create multiple worship teams? Not sure sure if that makes sense...
- Yes! You can create multiple arrangements of songs. You'd start with the Song pulled up in Proclaim, then click the arrangement dropdown and select "Save as new arrangement". Give it a name, and then you are free to adjust it. Moving forward, you can use the same drop-down to select between them. You can also create a new worship team, this is best if you have two totally different venues. (my church does this for our traditions and contemporary services as sometimes the same song is laid out way different.) You can't currently create new Worship Teams inside Proclaim, but if you go to your church group here on Faithlife, then find Teams in the sidebar, you can use the Manage teams page to add a new worship team. In Proclaim, when importing songs or creating new ones you will have the option to pick the team. And when searching for songs, you will get results from both worship teams and they will be grouped under headings to easily distinguish them. I hope that all helps!

- Jordan Sjodin, thank you for your reply. I was particularly interested in the last thing you said as we are planning to create a second team in Proclaim. Does that mean that song arrangements saved by one team will be easily available to the other team?
