Proclaim

I can't import videos into Proclaim on my Mac. Here's a video clearly showing the issue (this board won't let me post the video directly):

That's good info, and a good idea. Thanks again, Josh. I'm trying Proclaim out for the exact reason you mentioned - in-service stability.

Sometimes it takes quite a while for a video to be uploaded, so check back after several hours. And look in Group Upload; everything you upload is put there, even if it's also in another board. Also try several different files. I had one motion background that Proclaim didn't like. I don't remember if there was an error message or if it just didn't upload, but it was one we used frequently, so I kept trying. Eventually it uploaded successfully.

We have now been using Proclaim for just over a year. I use motion backgrounds from 'Motion Worship' - these load fine. I did have one video early on that exceeded the upload limit, I reduced the size of it and it uploaded after that. The great thing with Proclaim is all members of team can view, alter, change, add content and we dont need anyone taking a USB to the Church to upload. Do keep on top of all team members keeping Proclaim updated. We have had issues with the ios remote app not showing some slides. Whilst this has been reported each time, there has never been a solution given but I did see where members having older versions can cause issues. Since I have asked all members of the team to keep updated, the problem has stopped, for the moment. The program will tell you if there is an update. I use a Mac personally for creating the presentation. The Church has a windows computer. Prefer editing on the Mac version, but other members of the team are all on win computers.
