I would like to customize a countdown clock so that it begins at 5 minutes and counts down in the corner of the slides as they change. Creating a 5 minute loop of announcements and music instead of the stationary 5 minute video slide. HELP!

  1. Hi Karen I do something similar each week although I make the countdown fit the slides rather than the slides fit the countdown. We have our announcements running in the the preservice loop before the service. I copy all those announcement slides into the 'warm up' and place a tick in the 'Show countdown clock' box . This means that a countdown timer as you describe appears for the last time the congregation sees the announcements. On could adjust the time allowed for individual slides so that the 'warm-up' lasts just 5 minutes.

  2. Ok so in the warm up slides would display longer to equal 5 minutes instead of looping for 5 minutes. I will try that although my goal is to get them to loop for 5 minutes. Thank you for your help!!!😊

  3. Yes the 'Warm Up' section is designed to play one through before the start of the service starting automatically at a time that allows the section to start at the appropriate time before the service. You could simply post enough copies of the slides in the Warm Up section to fill five minutes.
