- There are a couple ways you can handle this, Jana Muckleroy. First; If there are no special transitions or video in the PP, then I would do it this way: In PowerPoint go to Save As then use the drop down shown in my screenshot and choose either jpg or png. It will ask if you want to save all slides or just the current slide. Choose all and follow the rest of the prompts. It will save the slides in a folder. Then, in Proclaim add an Image Slideshow to your Order of Service and import the slides into the slideshow. They will import in the correct order. Second; If there ARE special transitions or video in the PP: In Proclaim go to Add Item > Import Item > PowerPoint. You will be given a choice between Adding the slides as images or transferring the control to PowerPoint. YOU MUST HAVE POWERPOINT INSTALLED ON THE PRESENTATION COMPUTER FOR THIS TO WORK. When you import a PP from Proclaim Import Item you also have another option to import the slides as images -- there has been a bug on this and the slides don't import in the correct order -- so beware of this.
