Is anyone having difficulty uploading videos, locally or otherwise, under version 4.7.0.0203? I have tried a new presentation in case there was a file corruption but that did not fix it. Version 4.0.7.0128 on the laptop does still allow uploading videos to a presentation. The only thing that has changed hardware-wise is a third monitor has been added to act as a confidence monitor. What should my next step be? Reinstalling the software?

THAT's what I'm fixing for, for a permanent projection computer for 胡桃江市日系基督教會
    Japanese Christian Church
of Walnut Creek (CA, USA): Triple ASUS® ROG® THOR™ PSU's (JCCWC has a six-phase 120/208/240VAC supply from Pacific Gas and Electric); ASUS Pro WS W790-SAGE SE planar; intel® XEON® W7-3455 MPU with NOCTUA® crossdraft fansink; octal DDR5-6000 72-bit registered memory modules; nᴠɪᴅɪᴀ® QUADRO® RTX B7000 (nᴠɪᴅɪᴀ GB103 GPU, 24GiB 768-bit VRAM); triple 2 GiB PCIe 5.0 SSD's each with its own fansink; and an ASUS PiKE® SAS host adapter connected to fifteen Western Digital® WD2000 SAS HDDs. The rationale behind such equipment: One for Application; one for English; and one for Japanese (which requires a portrait with @TITUS CyberCJK font). Confidence and Notes are MUCH better offloaded to two USB 3.x VGA's.

Steven, that has worked for me in the past too, but this time it has been stubborn. I thought about downsampling the video, but since videos(.mp4s) that worked weeks prior now all of a sudden do not work, I will need to try something else.

Try renaming the video and remove any spaces, if you have any.
