newbie here... Why when making an announcement slide in pre-service loop, slide is divided so I end up with a blank slide? I didn't add a slide break.

  1. I've never had that happen to me. Could you give us some screen shots of what you do and what happens?

  2. Nancy, thanks for reply. I deleted slide completely and re-made. It didn't happen second time. I really have no clue what happened. More than likely "user error".

  3. This may have been caused if you added extra lines/returns after the text. Proclaim sees these blank lines as text, if they don't fit on the first slide it will automatically move it to the second slide. I do find the announcement slide template is not always user friendly.
