Hello.
In Proclaim..3 questions.
1. As you browse media, is there any way to either create a thumbnail to represent the media that is in your own media library that is in the cloud, OR is there a tool within Proclaim that would allow you to save a screenshot of a spot within the video to help identify media clips? We have a whole bunch of media that has a solid black thumbnail marker and it makes it hard to identify visually what that media item is.
2. Is there any way to bulk edit media files in terms of deleting media files quickly, rather than having to click on each one and delete them one by one manually?
3. Is there any way to preview a video media item in the browse media section? The only way that I've been able to see what the video media is in the browse option is to actually add it to the presentation...but if it ends up being the wrong file, I have to manually open the media browser back up and look again.
Thanks for your help.
- I am also looking for an answer to question #2
- I figured out #2: Hold down control while clicking on the image, then right click and delete.

Jared, in Settings / General, are you using "New Video Player"? I don't know if that will help or not in showing the trim lines. Also, try add item, video. If you add videos as a background to other content, they won't have the editing options a video has.
