I may have found a bug in the Mac version. We had a portrait-oriented video that Proclaim wanted to turn sideways, but we were able to easily rotate that using the Rotate feature in Windows. However, in the Mac version it left the original sideways initial image of the video behind the correctly-oriented video, so it could be seen on the sides.
- Thanks for the report David, It sounds like you uploaded the video on Windows, rotated, then synced over to Mac? Do I have that right? If you submit the logs from your Mac, we can take a look at your presentation and see if we can figure out what happened.
- We tried it both ways. We initially uploaded to Windows, but when that had the issue we tried uploading another copy for the Mac. Unfortunately, I won't be able to send the logs any time soon.
