For the past couple weeks, after we build our slide presentation, we cannot sync it. When we press the "three dots" to sync, it seems to go into an endless loop and then we get a message that it cannot sync. However, it doesn't affect the slides, and everything works as it should. It just won't sync. Has anyone else had this issue lately, or can someone advise us?
- Thanks for the report, Kitty. We're not aware of anything going on that would affect all users like this. Would you please use Proclaim's Help menu to submit your log files? We can take a look and see what's up.
- Brandon, thank you for responding so quickly. I'm glad it's not a system-wide issue. I'll be at the church day after tomorrow and I'll go into Proclaim and try to get those log files sent.
- We found our problem! Our Internet cable connection had gotten pulled out and we were not online. As soon as we reconnected, it synced and is working fine. So happy to find it was such a small fix!
