We've started adding the countdown timer to the bottom corner of our announcement slides and have encountered an issue. We have 3 services and somehow the location of the timer is slightly different on some slides and I have no idea how tell Proclaim to use the same settings across the board. Any input on this? Thanks.
- Did you position the timer using Settings > Display > Overlay Settings?
- Yes. The "Open Countdown Clock Settings" are slightly different for each service. I would have thought this is a global setting but apparently not. Now that I see the XY coordinates and the W/H I think I can make them match. I just wish there was a way to sync it all so I'm not constantly having to check the position.
- We typically use the countdown for Open / welcome / Mute your phone / announcements and what I started doing is using my Welcome slide, the duplicating it and changing background/wording after so the timer would match on all slides - yea kinda backwards I know
