Since our last Proclaim update on Windows we can no longer play videos. I am noticing this with countdown videos we typically played before service, now when it gets to the video in the service or I attempt to play it in the player in edit mode, Proclaim locks up and I can't do anything and I have to force close the app and restart it. We have stopped using videos for the time being. Everything else appears to be fine, and I am not aware of any other changes made to the computer with the exception of the last Proclaim update. We are on 4.12.0.0161. Is there any way we can diagnose this? We can play videos just fine on the computer outside of Proclaim and there is nothing special about the videos we are trying to play in Proclaim, they are just regular countdowns out of the Proclaim Pro/Free media collections.

    We had the same thing happen! The audio would play from GMail but not from Proclaim. I had to replicate all the audio and send it via email to my techs. We stopped the sound on Proclaim and just played the recorded Announcements from GMail.
