Good Day. I hope that you can help. My Pastor is doing a week of Evangelism, and we are using Proclaim to display the slides. He would like to control the slide from the pulpit using his iPad. We have downloaded the Proclaim Remote app to his iPad, but when we open it, the presentation list isn't visible, unlike when I open it on my phone. When we open the Proclaim app on the computer, I am signed in. Based on what I am seeing, I have a few questions. Does the person who would like to control the presentation, in this case, the Pastor, have to be logged into the app on the computer? Do you need to be a moderator to control the slides/presentation?

  2. And the presentation you want to control must be On Air before the remote will see it.

  3. You can see a list of all Proclaim presentations available on the iPad app. I just checked it out - from my home. But if you want to control it then it needs to be set to “on air” from the main presentation computer.
