When someone is editing our lower thirds while someone else is on our main computer running slides, as soon as it auto syncs, the slides start to jump. Has anyone found a way around this?

  1. can you explain what you mean by jumping? We have made a few changes recently to try and fix an issue which was causing the grid preview to jump back the beginning. Is that what you are seeing? We also made some changes recently to make on air edits more seamless. Prior to 4.12, edits could cause slides to jump around on the screen, where as now we preserve the original slide you had up until you are ready to display it. Are these the issues you are seeing? Is your Proclaim up to date?

  2. I know we found it doesn't work well when two people are editing at the same time.
