Hi Everyone,
We are currently experiencing an issue with our confidence monitor setup. The confidence screen is displaying on the smaller computer monitor instead of the intended external display.
Could you please advise us on how to correct this so that the confidence monitor shows on the correct screen.
Any step-by-step instructions would be greatly appreciated and how we can prevent this from happening again.

- Hi Brenda Hannah, you will find that under Settings > Display. Scroll down to the "Outputs" and you can change this by clicking the blue lettering (links). You should see the word Confidence under the "smaller monitor" that you mentioned. When you click that you will see a drop down menu. Select the correct choice for the smaller monitor. Then click the link below the desired "external display" that you mentioned and choose Confidence from the list. Sometimes, when you start up the presentation computer and some monitors are not turned on, Proclaim assumes that the display is not present and rearranges the output to another screen. It may fix itself once that extended monitor is recognized by your Operating System.
