December 18 - "The Gift of Grace"
Scripture: "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and
that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God." — Ephesians 2:8 (KJV)
Grace is a beautiful and undeserved gift from God. We are saved not by
anything we have done, but by His grace alone. It is a gift freely given, not
earned, and it brings us into a restored relationship with God. As we move
through this Advent season, let us remember that our salvation is a direct
result of God’s amazing grace, and let that truth inspire a life of gratitude
and obedience.
Grace transforms us—it teaches us to forgive, to love, and to serve.
Let us be mindful of how grace has impacted our lives and seek to extend that
same grace to others.
Prayer:
Father, we thank You for the gift of grace that saves us and transforms us.
Help us to live with a heart of gratitude and to extend grace to those around
us. May Your grace continue to work in us and through us. In Jesus' name, Amen.
