December 20 - "God’s Peace in Our Hearts"
Scripture: "Let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to
the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful." —
Colossians 3:15 (KJV)
God’s peace is not just a feeling but a ruling force in our hearts. It
is the peace that comes from knowing we are loved and cared for by our Heavenly
Father. This peace transcends all understanding and guards our hearts and
minds. As we live in this peace, we are called to share it with others, being a
source of peace in a troubled world.
Let us allow God’s peace to rule in our hearts today, bringing calm to
our souls and helping us to be a source of peace to those around us.
Prayer:
Father, we invite Your peace to rule in our hearts today. Help us to be vessels
of peace in this world and to share Your peace with others. Thank You for the
peace that passes all understanding. In Jesus' name, Amen.
