December 21 - "Resting in God’s Care"
Scripture: "Cast all your care upon him; for he careth for
you." — 1 Peter 5:7 (KJV)
In times of worry and anxiety, we are reminded to cast our cares upon
the Lord. He is not distant or indifferent to our struggles; He cares for us
deeply. Whatever burdens we carry, we can trust that God is there to help us
bear them. His care for us is constant, and His love never fails.
This season, let us surrender our worries and trust in God’s care. We
do not have to carry the weight of our burdens alone—God is with us, ready to
give us rest and peace.
Prayer:
Lord, we cast all our cares upon You today, knowing that You care for us. Help
us to rest in Your love and to trust You with every worry. Thank You for Your
constant care. In Jesus' name, Amen.
