Hello is any one having problems uploading a Power Point Presentation from a mac computer? I've tried from 3 different macs and have not been successful but I can do it successfully on a Windows PC
- I believe that Keynote is default on a Mac, Abraham Reyes. I seem to recall that PowerPoint doesn't show up in Add Item > Import Item unless you're on a Windows computer. Perhaps some of the Mac people can help. You should be able to open Keynote on the Mac, then save as a Keynote file. After that you should be able to Add Item > Import Item and choose Keynote in Proclaim.
- I agree with Steven Stoops. On macs Keynote is the default. So if you don't have keynote installed, then go for it, but if you don't want to install it, which is ok, then just download presentation as a different format that's not powerpoint. So like png or jpeg. But it's easier with Keynote.
- On Mac, you should just need to ensure Keynote is installed; Proclaim will open the PowerPoint in keynote and export it as images and bring them back to Proclaim. You shouldn’t need to change formats. you can also export the yourself like others suggested, and drag all the images into Proclaim’s order of service and it will create a grouping of all your slides
