Tom Grimm is in the ER with stroke systems.
- Praise God, his CT scan came back clean. He does, however, have a bad UTI.
- His daughter just sent me this. "The doctor saw him this morning. They are waiting for the UTI to improve and see if neurology wants to run more tests. He'll be seen by OT, PT, and speech. One tried to see him this morning and unsuccessful. He's hallucinating, the bugs are back. He's wrestling his blanket, tying to get out of bed, grabbing at the air, talking in jibberish, not sitting up yet today, and tried to pull off the catheter. He's combative sometimes, but will de-escalate. He started Meropenem intravenously. They gave him this in the hospital before and when he had the port."
- Praying for Tom, and his kids, for strength and peace during this time, and for wisdom for the doctors as they try to help him.
