I don't know what just happened. Apparently, I had to renew, or repurchase Proclaim. I lost all my previous presentations. I need them back. How?
  2. Thanks for the report, we're investigating now. Can you confirm you're in the correct group? In the menu bar, click Teams, and make sure your normal group is selected.

  4. Thank you. I think this has worked. I suppose my nest question is, was I supposed to pay something? Seems like after the payment went through, is when it prompted me to choose something (which I obviously did not choose wisely).
