I don't know what just happened. Apparently, I had to renew, or repurchase Proclaim. I lost all my previous presentations. I need them back. How?

  1. I'm experiencing the same problem. I was forced to sign back in to my account and now everything is deleted.
  2. Thanks for the report, we're investigating now. Can you confirm you're in the correct group? In the menu bar, click Teams, and make sure your normal group is selected.
