We’re aware the server issues are still affecting media searches, causing an unresponsive media browser and timeouts. This should not have continued into a second weekend. We’re actively working to resolve it and prevent further disruption to your services.
- Could you please give us a timeframe that this will be completely resolved? Is this not seen as a high priority or is it that difficult to resolve?
