I've been advancing slides from preaching mode in my iPad for ages. Suddenly this morning, it fails. It shows that remote slide control is available, but clicking on any slide gives me the little exclamation point and does not bring the slide up. I was wondering if there was a Windows update (firewall?) that caused this, or something else? Note: I tried changing slides from both my iPad and my phone and it's the same issue, so I'm assuming it's on the Windows machine running Proclaim for our services.
- I'm not an expert on this problem but in the past I remember others suggesting to make sure the computer and devices are on the same network.
