I updated to the latest version of Proclaim, but now I can't import 'any' PowerPoint presentations as images. I'm away and preparing the service remotely, so I don't have access to the church PC and can't save PowerPoint to the PC and add it by transferring control. I need this import as images to work. Can it be fixed please? Thanks

  3. Hi - I've just tried this on Proclaim 4.20.0.0126 and PowerPoint import worked fine for me on Windows. If you haven't resolved things with technical support it would be useful to look at Proclaim logs after trying to do an import.

  4. Thanks Graham. I've sorted tomorrow's service on my laptop already, and I'm home now. I'll check it again for next week. I'm tech savvy and have tried lots of permutations to get it to work, and to import jpg images, but the same thing happened repeatedly, despite updating to the latest version. I don't have time to ring tech support this week, or look up log files. I'm back home now and working on my PC, I'll see if that works properly in due course - I've never had that problem on my PC before. I'll ring tech support if I'm in stuck again, and hope that they're open when I need them. Thanks
